Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In their original condition
• Complete with all tags and hygiene strips attached
• Free of stains, deodorant, or other substances

Please always try on our swimwear over your own underwear. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return costs & refunds

Netherlands & Europe

When registering your return, choose one of the following options:

• Refund: Return shipping fee of €4.95 (NL) / €6.95 (EU). The remaining order amount will be refunded to your account.
• Store Credit: Free return shipping and receive the full order amount as online store credit.

Outside of Europe

• Return Costs: €15.95. The remaining order amount will be refunded to your account.

Exchanging for a different size

Netherlands & Europe

1. Register your return.
2. Choose Store Credit (free return).
3. Place a new order for the desired size.
4. Use your store credit at checkout.

Outside of Europe

1. Register your return.
2. Place a new order for the desired size.
3. Your new order will be shipped as soon as it is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect item?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@sunchiswimwear.com.
Include your name and order number, and please attach photos.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation via email.
